Does Idealrsc.com accept phone, fax, email or snail mail
orders?
We do not accept fax or e-mail
orders or quotes. All pricing quotes on products and
shipping are available on the website, if you have questions
about product, you can always call us during our regular
business hours. You can also order through phone.
I didn't receive an order confirmation E-mail. Was my
order submitted successfully?
If you didn't receive an order
confirmation E-mail within 24 hour, you need to contact us
at 1-516-482-7000 to make sure your order was received.
Sometimes, our server probably still received your order.
This happens when confirmation E-mail is interrupted or
placed in your junk mail.
Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it
has been submitted?
No.
Once an order is submitted it can only be changed or edited
by calling idealrsc.com at 1-516-482-7000. Once our
warehouses have processed the order, items cannot be added
or deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order
cannot be voided.
How long does it generally take to process an order?
It takes one to two business days
for us to process an order. Once the order has shipped, your
estimated time of arrival will be determined by your
selected shipping method and your location. After we ship
out your order, we will send E-mail with UPS tracking
number. You can go to UPS.com track your package.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
First, verify that you've received
a box for each tracking number associated with your order.
If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an
item, check the packing material for small items. Please
call Idealrsc.com at 1-516-482-7000 if you're unable to
locate an item.
What should I do if an item is broking or damaged when I
opened my package?
First, check your package if your
package box is broken. Do not through away your packing
material and box. Call UPS and make claim for the damaged
package.
Does Idealrsc.com charge sales tax?
Idealrsc.com charges the
appropriate state and/or local sales tax for any order
shipping to New York @ 8.675%.
Is it mandatory to have an RA number in order to return
a product to Idealrsc.com?
Yes, you must obtain a Return
Authorization ("RA") number within the applicable Return
Policy period. Idealrsc.com will not accept returns without
prior authorization and an RA number. Once issued, RA
numbers are valid for 15 days. Idealrsc.com must receive the
returned products within this period. Customer should
display the RA number on the shipping label of boxes
containing the returned product.
